Caviar Picnic || Easter Weekend with Petrossian Happy Easter Weekend! It's spring dreams today, with a Petrossian Picnic: caviar, Tsar-Cut salmon, blinis, creme fraiche, & pastel colored french macarons... all with cherry blossoms falling around us, and a view over the lake at Central Park. This is how to do a spring picnic! Everything I have tried from Petrossian has been exquisite, top quality, decadence. Our picnic spread was no different, with buttery salmon that just melts in your mouth and the star of course: Royal Ossetra caviar, my current favorite food in the world.
