Cobalt + Scallops
Cobalt and neon has always been one of my favorite color combinations. I usually style it in a more edgy urban style, but this time I softened it up with a scalloped skirt. And I like to add in some print when I can, especially leopard. A thin belt is the perfect way to add in a slice without going over the top. You guys I have to share with you a bit about this awesome message I heard at my church a couple Sundays ago. We had a guest speaker via video, Steven Furtick.
