Dress on pants? I was like, you won’t see me wearing dress on pants this season, or ever, just the other day when I wrote about winter spring 2019 fashion trends no one wears yet. But the truth is, that I wore dress on pants, pardon dress on skinny jeans, way before I wrote that article and before pre-fall fashion trends were even out. Not knowing dress on pants are actually fashionable in 2019. Although you must admit, I wear dress on pants way cooler than seen on the runway.
