Sometimes it just feels like a pair of shoes was made for you and that's what I thought the minute I saw these adorable rainbow flats ! It's like the essence of Hello Katie Girl, distilled into a pair of shoes! I ordered these shoes a few weeks ago and I have been anxiously waiting for a sunny day to take them out for a stroll, as it's practically been raining non-stop here in Los Angeles for over a month!
