Brent de l'Art, the north Italian canyon
Here we are with a fascinating post about the mountains close to my home town. When I come back home, except visiting friends and relatives, I always try to make a special excursion. Last time it was the magic village of Alleghe with its lake ( this post ). This time it's the river Art and its ravine in the village of Sant'Antonio in Tortal. I don't even know if I suggest you to go during the winter as I did... because it is enchanting, but also dangerous. We could hear ice-stalactites smashing on the floor inside the canyon, that's why we didn't get in, we just contemplated the majestic view from the outside.
