A Visit to the Library
February is certainly starting with a bang! I might prefer to take the slow way of life (relaxed library visits, quiet walks in the park), but sometimes the world has other ideas and February is going to be a busy one in these parts. The fact I'm starting it off with a bit of a cold doesn't make me exactly thrilled for the busy schedule we have ahead of us. Still, much of the busy-ness is for pleasure, so I'm not really trying to complain about the month when it's barely started. It does go to show though that the old analogy of the duck looking calm and collected on the surface, while kicking furiously underwater, is always an apt one. Here's pictures of a quiet day...
