5 ACHIEVABLE GOALS FOR 2019
With each new year, comes a great time to push the restart button and create goals to help become a better version of yourself. I always like to choose achievable goals that are easy to incorporate into my already existing day to day routine. Today I’ve teamed up with Healthy Choice to share 5 goals I have for 2019.
1. AMP UP THE EXERCISE
Since having a kid, I’ve really put exercise on the back burner of life. For 2019, I plan on amping up my exercise routine and will try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week. We have one in the building, so it’s not too inconvenient. I also would love to try out some new workout classes to help...
