Cristal & Caviar || The Plaza Tree Lighting Ceremony
Last week I had the pleasure of previewing one of the new holiday offerings at the iconic Plaza Hotel! Throughout this festive month, guests will have the pleasure of indulging in "Decadent December" ... and decadent it certainly is! During the magical tree-lighting ceremony, with a live band playing classic Christmas songs, I enjoyed a special chef's sampling of Petrossian caviar dishes paired with Cristal champagne.
