If Not Cold, Then Rain.
Oh my gosh. I really can’t help but laugh sometimes at the weather reality of where I live. It’s freezing cold, and then the one day it warms up a touch , it starts to rain. It really is ridiculous at this point. I definitely have to find the funny in this, else I would risk becoming so low.
My energy levels go really down in the cold, and honestly instead of fighting the mood changes I’m just embracing them as yet another natural phase of life. It’s an annual cycle, and ironically, since I’ve embraced that emotional shifting with the seasons, it hasn’t been as bad.
