A Little Bit Gatsby

This day was a bit of the quiet. A cup of coffee and a walk around the pond with Andrew and Drake enjoying the sunshine, if not the warmth. I’m thinking that a life well lived is one that swings both ways and finds some sort of balance. Though who am I to know for sure? I’ve never gone full Gatsby in my life. Maybe one day I should.
In the meantime, there’s the quiet of the pond and the swish of my skirts.
