In Loving Memory of Bear
November 2016 – October 2018
This week our family suffered a tragic loss and we are all heartbroken. We lost our Bear dog, as he was hit by a train. Monday evening I opened the back door and Bear pushed his way out. There are woods behind our home and sometimes deer are out there. I am not sure if there were that evening, but he bolted like he was on a mission. I called his name and he stopped for a moment, tossed me his happy, laughing grin and took off again. That was the last time I saw him alive.
I called and searched for him all evening. Normally if he gets out off his leash he returns home within an hour or two all happy...
