Yeah yeah yeah. It’s October – especially the tail end of October – when everyone has “scary” on their minds. Halloween. Well, yeah, it’s also my most conflicted time of the year. Because horror fascinates me, and yet scares the shit out of me.
Seriously.
I’m the easiest to scare. I’m totally naive in that respect, completely willing to give a suspension of disbelief, and therefore even the least scary of things terrify me. I can’t watch horror movies…I can barely watch scary movie trailers ! Because then I will not sleep. It’s a guarantee.
But like I said, it’s also a fascination because...
