NEVER MISS A MONDAY A few years ago I read in a health magazine “Never miss a Monday workout! ” Love that – it is simple and such a great reminder! From then on I decided to always workout on Monday mornings no matter how early that means waking up. No excuses! (With the exception of a sick day or absolutely necessary break lol.)
Working out every Monday starts the busy day off right, boosts my mood and makes me want to keep moving the rest of the week! After posting my #NEVERMISSAMONDAY workouts on Instagram, I’ve noticed a few of you like the idea and have been tagging me in your workouts too!! Keep them coming!
