So I have survived the first few days of my Whole30. Not going to lie, I had a Major headache and felt really bad the first couple of days. Since I have been way off track with my eating, I wasn’t too surprised to be experiencing caffeine and sugar withdrawals. You can have coffee and tea, just no dairy or sugar (or sweeteners of any kind, including honey). I am not a coffee drinker, unless you count Starbucks frappucinos, but I had been drinking a lot of Cokes in the weeks prior to this and I am a southern gal, so sweet tea was in regular rotation, too.
