Benoit Bistro || Anniversary Dinner in Midtown
Last week we had the pleasure of celebrating our 12th anniversary by dining at Benoit New York, an upscale french bistro by 3-Michelin star holder Alain Ducasse. I had previously been in awe of this famed chef and his many accomplishments in the industry, and I discovered that Benoit has a history steeped in the heart of Paris itself - the original opened in 1912. To me, entering Benoit New York felt a bit like stepping into the the magic of Paris, and into a very special piece of tradition to have here in NYC!
