A few days ago, my good friend Patrish came all the way to sunny Cebu, and I just had to pay her a visit! Of course, first thing on the list when touring a tourist in this city is to go to the beach! With the number of beautiful resorts and sandy shores along Mactan, Cebu, it’s almost impossible to skip water time down here!
