Remember this "dress" as a top ...HERE? When I was buying it I really wanted to wear it as a dress and I supposed that since I'm short, I could pull it off with a tight strapless dress underneath (it's very sheer too). However, it was SHORT....shorter than I expected- so in order to avoid any type of flashing, I'm wearing shorts!! This time I went a little matchy matchy with neon clear cap toe pumps and a neon belt- I kept the accessories as simple as possible because the eye definitely goes to the bright yellow.
