Blue & White Striped Dress

I have looked at this little blue and white striped dress several times over the past few months and finally decided to give it a try. I hesitated on it initially because of the different stripes, but then decided it simply made it more unique. I love blue and white stripes for spring and summer, and we are still in for hot weather here for quite awhile. The cotton and stripes make me think of this as a preppy version of Marilyn Monroe’s iconic white dress she wore in The Seven Year Itch as she tried to get relief from the heat standing over a subway...
