Simplicity 8694 - A Cute Top with Floating Rick Rack Trim!
In an ongoing effort to add more cute tops to my wardrobe, this is Simplicity 8694 . It's a really simple v-neck pullover top with cut in sleeves. I cut the size 14, and I lengthened it a couple of inches because I knew I would be tucking it in. I used leftover red crepe fabric from this dress . When it came time to add the flounce to the sleeve, I decided I would jazz it up a touch with a subtle detail like "floating rick rack".
