The Tibi Mini Skirt

I know it's nothing special but for some reason I really love this outfit. White skirt, black vest, chambray shirt and heels. That's about it but still, it's a nice mix of expensive/cheap and girly/tomboy. I think there are two things that I would pinpoint specifically: a) The textured Tibi mini skirt - it's a cute voluminous bubble shape with elasticated waist. Perfect for those big lunches/dinners. And it was massively reduced in the net-a-porter sale - can you believe this was originally priced in the £200 range.....erm, WHY?
