Who coined the term “pop of color”? I think of Stacy London, but it probably predated What Not to Wear.
There are three pops in this outfit: a pop of color, a pop of collar, and a pop of heel. The collar pop required intermittent maintenance and I didn’t stand with my heel popped all day, but the pop of red never faded.
