As I've already wrote about my sight problems you might be familiar with the fact that I am wearing contact lenses. It took me a long time to learn how to put them in my eye and take off. Maybe even a few years. The most helpful lenses for me were Dailies Total 1 lenses . They are so soft and easy to wear. It is like you do not even have them. Why am I writing about this now? Well since it is summer time I would like to tell you that these lenses are the most hygienic thing you can have while you are doing sports or swimming. You replace the lenses every day, and each day you use the new ones. That way you do not have to carry a box and liquid for lenses...
