Pregnancy Fitness Routine | What I Ate Wednesday Today's video includes my current pregnancy fitness routine which I do 5 days a week, typically first thing in the morning. It only takes me about 20-30 minutes but it kicks my bum...let me tell you! I am sweating afterwards.
