I have been gathering ideas for what to wear to dinner for our wedding anniversary next month, and this Pop Couture Prunella Polka Dot Peplum Dress is definitely a candidate. I love the sweet peplum style and the flirty green dots, which I decided to play against with my yellow accessories. San Diego was recently blasted with a heat wave {as I know much of the US was as well!} and this strapless bandeau neckline will be a nice style in case we have more hot weather next month.
