Happy Wednesday everyone! This is our last post from Vietnam. We ended our trip in Hanoi. I’ve never been to Northern Vietnam before, and now can’t imagine going to Vietnam without a visit up north. My favorite part was Ninh Binh. Even though Colin and I got sick during that part of the trip, we were blown away by Ninh Binh. We couldn’t keep anything down, so ended up not eating anything in Ninh Binh. My biggest regrets to this day are 1.) not trying the local favorite which is burnt rice with goat, and 2.) not making it to the top of Mua Caves! Urgh! I can’t stop thinking about it!
