Letting them dress themselves.
My 5yr is old is finally taking an interest at picking his own clothes. And sometimes we have a great hit of an outfit for him and then sometimes we have a bit of a weird combination. But that is OK, as they grow we need to start letting them figure it out on their own. Only lending a hand here and there, making sure nothing is backwards or doesn’t fit anymore.
My son is Autistic and so him being interested in picking out his clothes are monumental. But we make sure and other’s when they buy his clothes know to make things easily interterpredid as going together. MY son’s outfit today, is actually a mix of PJ’s and normal street...
