Why You Need White Dishes
I remember creating our wedding registry and just picking everything so hastily. For our wedding, I picked square plain white dishes and then proceeded to pick square bowls, cups, etc. Everything needed to match apparently in my eyes back then and as time went on, I started hating the square shape of our dishes. My décor is definitely more traditional, so square everything seemed much too modern for my taste. But over time, I stopped hating them and just kind of embraced them. The saving grace? They are plain white.
I love pretty printed dishes full of color and fun (I mean, did you read this post?) but for me, white dishes are the foundation for what all that...
