The Cornemuse B&B located at the convergence of Lake Memphremagog , after which the city was named, Magog is a city well known for its industry and craftsmanship. The mostly French speaking town’s economy was mostly dominated by the textile industry, most remarkably the cotton mill. It wasn’t until the mid 1960s and 70s that the economy expanded through tourism and the growth of their industrial park.
