Losing It (Workwear) So it turns out when you run 123 miles during the month of December and try to avoid over-eating chocolate, mince pies, Christmas cake etc you might lose half a stone in weight...! I'm not complaining and ultimately being a little lighter may help my running. I really want to try for a marathon PB in April, we are into week two of the training plan now and I'm 39 miles to the good this year so far. On Sunday a bunch of us are at the Rough 'n' Tumble; 10 and a bit miles of hills and mud, I can't wait!
