As y’all know I have been loving my granny hair. The only thing is, it is really high maintenance. We are talking Extremely high. I do wash and condition with purple shampoo to keep the yellow at bay and it helps a bit. To keep it really grey I also have to tone it Every Single Time I wash. I mix a peroxide free semi-permanent silver color with deep conditioner and leave it in for an hour or two (or sleep in it overnight) in order to maintain the color I want.
