7 Things I do Often to Keep my Sanity
Winter, or whatever season we’re supposed to be in, is always the worst time of the year for my emotional health. The cold and dark days can really get to me… if I let them. (Hello, Seasonal Affective Disorder!) Buuuut , there are a handful of things that I do to stay motivated and keep pushing myself forward when it’s too cold and depressing…or even when I need a boost throughout the year.
In no particular order, here’s a short list of seven things that I do to stay in my “happy” place…
