Banish Those Insecurities
Man, woman, it doesn’t matter. We all have insecurities that seem to plague us day in, day out. It’s a common misconception that only women have insecurities. But research has found that men actually suffer with their insecurities, sometimes even more than women. So, if everyone is suffering with all these insecurities, why are we not doing more about it to banish them. Most of the things we’re insecure about we can all actually change about ourselves.
