I am so happy to hear that many of you are feeling motivated to start your BBG Fitness after my initial BBG post . Yay! I feel so honored that I have inspired you all. It is definitely a program that requires a lot of dedication and heart. If you do this program for all the right reasons, I truly believe you will see results.
