Top (NY&Co, thrifted, $2.99), Skirt (No tag, thrifted, $.50), Heels (Target, $29.99), Necklace (gift)=$33.97 My horrible attempt at a curtsyAlthough this outfit cost me a total of $33.97, I felt like a million bucks! This cobalt pleated midi was found last summer during a thrifting trip and it has been a favorite ever since. I paired it with the polka dot blouse and realized that I am full of some serious trends today. Polka dots, pleats, and midi skirts have been all the rage for awhile.
