The Diet and Exercise Post Howdy! I've gotten lots and lots of requests for a post on how I eat and what activities I do, so I thought it was high time I answered your questions. :) Now, I am NOT an expert or even close to the epitome of health. My mom's a health nut, and that's basically my only credential. What I eat: Whenever possible, I try to eat organic, naturally grown, local veggies, grass-fed meat, raw milk, and home-grown eggs.
