Food & Fitness Files Week Four Thanks for the encouragement last week and reminding me to keep my sights on the positives. Y’all are right, even if I didn’t make it to the gym, at least I kept up my clean eating all week. In the past it would have been easy to use getting off track in one area as a reason to completely bail all around. The saying is “Get fit in the gym, lose weight in the kitchen.” for a reason. It did me good to remember I only workout a short amount of time compared to how much I live the rest of my life, including eating. I might be able to stop workouts, but I cannot just stop eating, so I’d better be making sure what I am eating is healthy.
