How To Wear A Monochromatic Outfit
This is an outfit I wore to church last Sunday. The weather has warmed a tad bit, so I could actually wear a dress to church IF I had tights on. Monochromatic outfits can come across as boring if they don't have much interest in regard to texture, pattern, or unique details. I avoided the boredom, by incorporating all three of those things into this outfit: the texture is in the three different choices of fabric, the pattern is in the skirt, and the details are in the trims on the two tops. Everything I have on is years old except the grommet tank: that I bought on clearance at CJBanks this past fall. But in the fast pace fashion world, I suppose...
