Food & Fitness Files – Week Two Second week is down and I have to say it went really well. Getting up and going to the gym wasn’t a problem and clean eating was on point. I pretty much only drink water, with the rare Coke thrown in periodically (and those frappacinnos) but it’s been back to only water these past couple of weeks. I know it’s really early, but I am starting to feel a little difference and that is such a motivator.
