Today’s blog post is all about HERlead ! HERlead is a Fellowship program that aims to provide leadership training to young women, empowering them to become the next generation of global trailblazers through Ann Taylor . The HERlead Fellowship is open to young women, grades 10th & 11th in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada, through a series of forums, grants and relationship-building opportunities with peers and influential women leaders from various backgrounds. HERlead provides intimate mentorship moments, customized leadership training and valuable skills and tools to inspire young women to realize their leadership potential and change the world.
