Originally, I had seen this dress at the Zara in Manila when my family and I went earlier this year. Not thinking clearly, I was about to buy it with the thought that it would be cheaper because the dollar is stronger than the peso and OBVIOUSLY it had to be less expensive because of this. Reality hit when I did the peso to dollar conversion in my head and realized that the price was equal to what it would cost in the US. Bummer.It was too expensive.
Luckily, Zara had a crazy sale a month ago and I found this dress there...
