CHIC AT EVERY AGE// EXERCISE GEAR
Happy Friday everyone! Hope you have had a great week! Today, the Chic at Every Age crew are showing off our workout gear. Okay, let’s just get the elephant in the room out in the open! I have something to admit. I am a FRAUD! I have not worked out for over a year. I was all gung-ho last year in January (I have proof here ), but like I always do, I stop and put it on the back burner. I’ve never been a big person and thankfully haven’t had to worry too much about my weight because I do eat pretty healthy. You would think that I would be exercising every day knowing that it is a breast cancer deterrent too! Hmmmm!
