Corset Coat + Patent Boots.
The corset coat proves that while winter is here, it doesn’t have to be boring.
Everyone needs a ridiculous coat, right? (Right, Ashley, right .) I spotted this black corset coat at ASOS (psst, it’s on mega sale right now for under $45!) and had to have it. It was silly and super fun– plus I was very curious if a puffer coat (i.e., a known figure-swallower) flattering. Could it be done?
Indeed, yes! This corset coat (and yes, those are working corset strings; pull ’em as tight as you want!) was a great alternative to the oversized orange version I wore last week. I pulled it on with a pair of high-waisted black denim and black patent boots...
