Tahoe for NYE.
Felt pretty gosh darn right to kick off the new year in Tahoe with the fam. I’ve been slow to post these photos because I was actually pretty emotional looking back through them. Tahoe has always been a special place to me but even more so after losing my Uncle (who lived in Truckee for years) this past summer. My sister and I decided to meet in Truckee first before heading to the south side of the lake where we had rented a cabin for the weekend. Going back there this trip the tears just didn’t stop. But they weren’t all tears of sadness, there was a magical comforting feeling in the air–I felt their (my Aunt as well, who passed away...
