What I've Learned About Myself This Year
I love taking this week between Christmas and New Years to reflect on the year and on my personal growth. I already shared 10 things I did to streamline and improve my life this year , but in today's post I wanted to dive a little deeper into a few things I've learned about myself this year. When I was younger, I often struggled to accept myself and to feel at peace.
