Did everyone eat as much as I did?! I went to visit my Mami for Christmas Eve and then drove back home to spend time with Kevin's family. Between those 2 days I must've have gained 5 extra pounds. I ate Arroz con Gandules, Pernil, Escabeche, Potato Salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Dominican cake, Empanadas and Macaroni salad. I have not weighed myself and I don't plan on it.
