How To Wear Over-The-Knee Boots
I feel this post needs to come with a "Warning Label" as I know this look isn't going to be for everyone. I have to admit that when Over-The-Knee Boots first came on the scene a few years ago I was skeptical. It took me awhile to get use to them, and eventually I started to like them enough to want a pair for myself. I bought my first pair of OTK Boots last year. I started with baby steps: I bought a black pair with a low shaft. But, I had problems with them constantly slipping down on me because the shaft was too low and there was only a buckle, not a tie, in the back to hold them up. However, despite the problems, I learned I really liked OTK boots...
