Keeping summer alive (although currently the heat wave is making this easy) by way of the shoes on my feet and the bags slung over my shoulder. The brighter and bolder the better. Highlighter marigold yellow. Suede textured fuschia mules. Rainbow embroidery. Electric blue sneakers. All of a sudden, fall doesn’t have to hold a steady shield in the face of summer like the magazines keep telling us to do. I like to wear hints of it whenever is appropriate, which is anytime at all.
