With the Band
Military-inspired band jackets with a healthy dose of button-detailing are definitely trending right now! I picked up this velvet blazer at Nordstrom a while back (it’s still available — and 60% off !) because it reminded me of this Saint Laurent jacket and have been patiently waiting to pull it out of my closet ever since. We’re having a bit of endless summer here in Chicago, so on a ‘cooler’ day (read: in the 70’s instead of 80’s), I styled it with a little lace tank and my favorite white jeans .
PS: If you’re looking for more of an outerwear piece, I’m loving this long black jacket !
