one last ice cream, before summer leaves us
Not that I don't eat ice cream in the winter... it is always a favorite! When I saw this NJ.com article about the best ice cream places in each county I realized that my beloved Hoffman's did not win for my childhood county of Monmouth, I knew I was going to have to check out Cookman Creamery to see what all the hype was about! My sweet dreams came true! We tried a lot of their interesting, experimental flavors like Honey Ale, Sweet Potato Marshmallow Vegan flavors like Cookie Butter, and a ginger flavor.
