A Pinafore for Blackberry Picking
On seeing my outfit, my husband said: "You look nice. Like Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music." If that isn't the stamp of approval on an outfit, then I don't know what is. I'm afraid I don't have any photos of me dancing on the Welsh hilltops though. We decided it was high time to go blackberry picking, so I'm in a shady lane instead. Some of the more well-trodden routes around where we live have been picked bare, but on a recent rainy day walk I discovered a little lane where the bushes were bursting with berries.
